Arc Advisors is a boutique accounting firm specializing in assisting businesses and individuals with domestic and cross-border tax matters. Led by founder and international tax specialist Melody Gaulden, CPA, our team brings more than 30 years of experience in tax planning, consulting, and compliance for clients with international activities. Prior to starting Arc Advisors, Melody was a partner at a large regional accounting firm, where she led the international tax and assurance practice.

We serve clients across a variety of industries, with particular experience in manufacturing and distribution, software, and real estate. Our team helps businesses expand into international markets, identify available tax benefits for companies serving foreign customers, and manage global mobility planning for expatriates and foreign nationals working in the US.

Arc Advisors provides US international tax consulting for both inbound and outbound taxpayers, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international reporting and compliance, and related domestic tax matters.
